The guest speaker Mr. Darwanto as the Head of Islamic Community Guidance from the Ministry of Religion delivered material about the sakinah mawadah warahmah family and explained how to manage conflict and build family resilience. The Head of BPS in Batang Regency, Tina Wahyufitri also emphasized that a harmonious family is one of the important things that makes a good employee performance.
