Batang Economy in 2022 Grows 5.97 Percent

The Batang economy in 2022 which is calculated based on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices reaches Rp. 25,488.05 billion and the per capita GRDP reaches Rp. 31.32 million.
The Batang economy in 2022 will grow by 5.97 percent, higher than the achievements in 2021 which will experience a growth of 4.88 percent.
From the production side, the highest growth occurred in the Transportation and Warehousing Business Field of 77.42 percent.
During 2022 the processing industry is the largest contributor to Batang Regency's GRDP, namely 34.20 percent, and grows 5.46 percent.
From the expenditure side, the household consumption component had the largest share, namely 70.07 percent and grew 5.82 percent from the previous year.
