Coordination meeting for handling extreme poverty.

On Friday (26/04), the Head of BPS Batang Regency, Heni Djumadi, together with the Head of the Social Statistics Team and the Head of the BPS Batang Regency Balance Team, were present at the Bapelitbang Office of Batang Regency to fulfill an invitation to a coordination meeting on handling extreme poverty. The meeting agenda was led by the Acting Regional Secretary of Batang Regency, Ari Yudianto, and attended by a number of heads of related agencies, sub-district heads, and the Bapelitbang Team.

As one of the speakers, Heni Djumadi delivered her presentation regarding the verification and validation of extreme poverty. In her presentation, Djumadi explained the trend of the extreme poor population in Batang Regency and also the characteristics of the extreme poor population. She also explained how BPS's efforts to monitor extreme poverty data from the results of the 2022 Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) field data collection.
