Coordination Meeting for Discussion of SUSENAS Results March 2024

On Wednesday (24/07), the Head of BPS Batang Regency, Heni Djumadi, held a coordination meeting to discuss the March 2024 SUSENAS results, namely poverty figures, with the Acting Regent of Batang. Heni Djumadi said that the poverty rate in Batang Regency in 2024 will be 8.73 percent. This figure has decreased compared to 2023. The percentage of poor people in Batang Regency in March 2023 was 8.92 percent.

This meeting also discussed phenomena that occur in society related to factors that influence poverty conditions in Batang Regency. This agenda also discussed the preparation of the Batang Regency Quarterly GRDP and also strategies for developing sectoral statistics in the future. We hope that the collaboration between BPS Batang Regency and the Batang Regency government will be more harmonious, especially in jointly formulating policies that are beneficial to the community.
