Socialization of Organizational Culture (SBO) BPS Batang Regency 2024

Located in the office hall, on Wednesday (9/10) BPS Batang Regency held a routine RESIIK activity, namely the Asiik Evaluation Meeting which was integrated with SHAMAWA (Sharing Knowledge full MAnfaat and WAinsight) related to SBO (Organizational Culture Survey). The RESIIK agenda was attended by all BPS employees of Batang Regency.

The Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) is a tool used to measure and evaluate the perceptions, attitudes, and values that exist in an organization. This survey aims to obtain an overview of the Implementation of Moral Behavior in BPS during 2024, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of Moral behavior in the BPS Work Unit and as one of the indicators for determining the next change management activity program.

The integration of the SHAMAWA program with RESIIK regular meetings is an effort that has been running continuously. The implementation of this activity has an important meaning to improve organizational performance, build effective communication among employees, build and build a work culture oriented towards excellent service.
