On Monday (10/02), BPS Batang Regency held a Happy Monday agenda which was attended by all employees in the office hall. This activity has become a routine agenda to replace morning assembly with a more relaxed and cheerful concept, aimed at creating a comfortable working atmosphere, increasing employee morale, and strengthening togetherness within the BPS Batang Regency environment.

The event began with the encouraging chant "Tough, Objective, Caring" (TOP) which resonated with enthusiasm. After that, the Head of the Processing Team and SBR, Purwanto, also gave a short and light lecture, reminding him of the importance of maintaining motivation and togetherness at work. The activity then closed with a group prayer, as a provision to start the day with positive energy and new enthusiasm.
