Based on the results of the Data Needs Survey on Integrated Statistical Services (PST) BPS Batang Regency Semester 2 2024, the Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) calculated using the KemenPANRB method reached 3.8888 in the Very Good category. IPKP is an indicator of the quality of services provided by the Batang Regency BPS PST unit in carrying out public services. The IPKP calculation follows the guidelines from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, where the higher the value, the higher the level of service user satisfaction.

Apart from that, this survey also measured the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) with a score of 3.9200 which is also in the Very Good category. IPAK reflects the public's perception, in this case service users, regarding integrity and the application of anti-corruption principles in the services provided by BPS Batang Regency. An IPAK value that is getting closer to 4 indicates that anti-corruption principles are being implemented more strongly in public services.
