The Batang Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) on (18/2) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Preparing Batang Regency Publications in Figures 2025 (KBDA 2025), Development of Sectoral Statistics, and at the same time a Review of Service Standards by presenting all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) as well as elements of the community. The KBDA publication is the result of a compilation of data from all OPDs and agencies and will be released on February 28 2025 to help the public obtain all information about Batang Regency. In his speech, Head of BPS Batang Regency, Heni Djumadi, said that KBDA is a superior product of BPS and is also a portrait of the latest developments in Batang Regency. KBDA contains geographic, population, employment, social, educational, economic and other data.
The event continued with a presentation of BPS public service standards delivered by Young Expert Statistics, Gilang Alip Utama who explained about library services, statistical consultations and statistical recommendations. Existing service standards are reviewed together with elements of society which include OPD, Business Representatives, Community Social Organizations, Service Provider Stakeholders, Mass Media, Academics/Experts, and representatives of the General Public so that they can continue to be in sync with technological needs and developments.
The agenda continued with discussion and discussion of data for the preparation of the 2025 KBDA guided by Young Expert Statistics, Anis Yuliastuti. Anis emphasized the importance of checking data and ensuring that the data published later is valid and final data. On the same occasion, Young Expert Statistics, Mustofa, presented comprehensive sectoral statistics "refresher material". This initial stage of development is carried out by identifying existing sectoral statistical activities in regional apparatus which will be followed by further sectoral statistical development with a visitation stage to regional apparatus.
