Located in the office hall, on Thursday (10/4) BPS Batang Regency held routine RESIIK activities, namely the Asiik Evaluation Meeting which was integrated with SHAMAWA (Sharing Knowledge full of Benefits and Insights) related to the Preparation of the Initial Draft of the 2025-2029 Strategic Plan, Monitoring Performance Achievements for Quarter 1 2025, Quarterly Economic Behavior Survey (SPEKTRA), and Quality Gate Information System (OGATE). The RESIIK agenda was attended by all BPS Batang Regency employees.

The integration of the SHAMAWA program with regular RESIIK meetings is an effort that has been ongoing on an ongoing basis. Implementation of this activity is important for improving organizational performance, building effective communication between employees, and building a work culture that is oriented towards excellent service.
