Synergy for Batang: Monitoring Growth and Preparing for the Future

March 2, 2026 | Other Activities

The Head of the Batang Regency Statistics Agency (BPS), Heni Djumadi, visited the Regent of Batang, M. Faiz Kurniawan, to deliver good news regarding the region's economic achievements. The encouraging news came in the form of Batang's 2025 economic growth figure, which successfully reached 7.79 percent annually. This extraordinary achievement certainly reflects the hard work of all levels of society and the various positive economic phenomena occurring within the region. This warm meeting on March 2, 2026, was not simply about reporting figures, but also about transparency for more measurable development.

This coordination also discussed the readiness of the Catastrophic PBI Ground Check and the major preparations for the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026). The Regent highly appreciated the performance of BPS Batang and expressed his readiness to provide full support for the success of this major ten-yearly event. The support of the local government is certainly a source of encouragement for us to continue presenting accurate and useful data. Thank you for the continued synergy!
