Abstract

In December 2014 in Central Java there was inflation of 2.25 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 118.60, higher than in November 2014 which experienced inflation of 1.36 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 115.99. Of the six SBH cities, all cities experienced inflation. The SBH cities that experienced the highest inflation were Kudus City at 2.47 percent with a CPI of 124.16 followed by Semarang City at 2.40 percent with a CPI of 118.73; Surakarta City at 2.28 percent with a CPI of 116.84; Purwokerto City at 2.00 percent with a CPI of 117.36; Cilacap City at 1.77 with a CPI of 121.18 and the lowest inflation occurred in Tegal City at 1.66 percent with a CPI of 114.73.
