Abstract

The number of foreign tourists visiting Central Java through the Adi Sumarmo and Ahmad Yani airports in January 2016 was recorded at 1,545 visits, down compared to December 2015 which was recorded at 2,010 visits, a decrease of 23.13 percent. The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of starred hotels in Central Java in January 2016 was recorded at 39.67 percent, a decrease of 10.00 points compared to the TPK in December 2015 which was recorded at 49.67 percent, when compared to the same period, namely January 2015, the TPK in January 2016 also experienced a decrease of 0.72 points.
