Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The results of the 2020 SKD are presented in the form of a publication which contains analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of service satisfaction, analysis of satisfaction gaps and consumer interests. This analysis is also complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
