On Thursday (16/05), BPS Batang Regency held a meeting to discuss the Progress of Evaluation Assessment for the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) 2024 for Batang Regency. The meeting was held in the Batang Regency BPS Hall and chaired directly by the Head of Batang Regency BPS, Heni Djumadi. This agenda was followed by the Batang Regency BPS EPSS Implementation Team and Related Regional Apparatus.

This activity aims to evaluate sectoral statistical activities that have been carried out by regional officials.

Apart from that, in this activity there was a discussion and discussion of supporting evidence for each domain in the Statistical Development Index.

On this occasion, Djumadi conveyed the importance of the EPSS assessment results, especially after it becomes the Sectoral Statistics Index (IPS). He also advised that better collaboration is needed to achieve Batang Regency's IPS score which is already in the predicate of "sufficient" so that it increases to "good."
