SEP Face-to-Face Officer Training 2024

BPS Batang Regency held the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey Officer (SEP) Training on 27 to 30 May 2024. In this training two learning methods were used, namely online learning on the first and second days, as well as face-to-face learning which took place at the Sendang Sari Hotel Stem on the third and fourth day.

The training was attended by 14 enumerators, 5 supervisory officers, 2 committee members with 1 Regional Instructor. This training was held to equip officers with an understanding of concepts, definitions, data collection methodologies, etc. which will later be applied in conducting field data collection. The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is a series of activities for the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) which will be carried out throughout Indonesia. The Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is a follow-up survey after the complete ST2023 census which is expected to be carried out periodically in accordance with recommendations from The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The main objective of SEP is to obtain data on economic aspects of agricultural business units, including income, expenditure, cost structure, and welfare indicators of agricultural business units in Indonesia.
