In order to increase employee morale and work performance, BPS Batang Regency gives awards to the Best Employee for the Second Quarter of 2024. The assessment aspect is based on several criteria, namely productivity, discipline and innovation. Based on the assessment results, it was determined that the Best Employee of BPS Batang Regency for the Second Quarter of 2024 was Ayu Tiara Ashar Putri, S.Tr.Stat., First Expert Statistician of BPS Batang Regency. Hopefully this award can motivate employees within BPS Batang Regency to continue working and providing the best service for the nation, state and society.
