In order to increase employee morale and work performance, BPS Batang Regency gave awards to the best employees in the third quarter of 2024. The assessment aspect is based on several criteria, namely productivity, discipline, and innovation.

Based on the results of the assessment, it was determined that the Best Employee of BPS Batang Regency Quarter III of 2024 is Tira Prsetiawan, S.P.
