The determination of Hakteknas refers to the success of IPTN in carrying out the first flight of the N250 Gatotkaca aircraft on August 10, 1995.

Through this commemoration, it is hoped that an ecosystem can be created that supports the development of technology and innovation, so that Indonesia can achieve its ideals as an independent and highly competitive developed country.
