On Wednesday (21/08), BPS Batang Regency received a visit from Ahmad Fatoni, Expert Staff for Government, Law and Politics and Agus Jaelani Mursidi, Expert Staff for Community and Human Resources of the Regional Secretariat, who were accompanied by Mr. Rudi Prihantoro, Head of Statistics Division of the Batang Regency Communication and Information Service.
On the occasion of NGOBRASS (Ngobrol Asyik Seputar Statistik) which took place in a relaxed manner, the Head of BPS Batang Regency, Heni Djumadi explained several strategic indicators of Batang Regency, such as the Price Development Index (IPH), Human Development Index (IPM), Population Growth Rate, Poverty Percentage and Unemployment Rate, and the Statistics Development Index (IPS) of Batang Regency.
In addition to the discussion on strategic indicators, the Head of BPS Batang Regency also conveyed the agenda of BPS Regency in the near future, namely the agenda for launching Statistical Literacy at the Library and Archives Service (Disperpuska) and the Development of Statistics Love Villages (Desa Cantik) in Banteng Village, Tersono District.
At the end of the event, the Expert Staff expressed their gratitude for the implementation of NGOBRASS and committed to contributing to BPS activities, especially Desa Cantik, together with Diskominfo and related OPDs. They also hope that the NGOBRASS event can be scheduled again by presenting more OPDs at another time.
