National Statistics Day Roll Call 26 September 2024

Do you know why September 26 is commemorated as National Statistics Day?
September 26 was designated as National Statistics Day (HSN) which is the day Law No. 7 of 1960 was enacted on September 26, 1960. Based on this history, HSN is not the birthday of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), so HSN belongs to all Indonesian people.

In order to commemorate National Statistics Day on September 26, 2024, BPS Batang Regency held a HSN commemoration roll call which was attended by all employees. Also present at this activity were mothers from the Darma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) BPS Batang Regency, and Statistics Partners of BPS Batang Regency.

As an appreciation for Statistics Partners in making statistical activities in Batang Regency a success during 2024, BPS Batang Regency gave awards for several categories, namely:
1. Best Partner for Household Data Collection Activities in 2024 to Herlina Candra Asih and Ikha Nurkhasana
2. Best Partner for Business/Company Data Collection Activities in 2024 to Anna Dwi Kusuma N. and Iwan Septiyanto
3. Best Partner for Census/Survey Processing Activities in 2024 to Ukhti Lailun Nisa
