Contribution of BPS Batang Regency to Regional Investment

On Friday (18/10), BPS Batang Regency attended an invitation from the Ministry of Investment/BKPM in the context of a meeting to discuss the preparation of the Strategic Priority Project Investment Opportunity Map that is ready to be offered for the 2024 budget year. In the meeting, Sri Winarsih and Een Qurotul Aeni, young expert statisticians from BPS Batang Regency were present as representatives of BPS Batang Regency.

On that occasion, Sri Winarsih said that through various surveys conducted, BPS played a role in providing the latest picture regarding macroeconomic developments, such as economic growth, human development index, and also regional competitiveness. These data are an important foundation in determining promising investment opportunities in Batang Regency, so that investors can see the great potential that Batang has.
