Lorong Street- Happy Monday

On Monday (4/11) BPS Batang Regency held a routine agenda of Lorong Street - Happy Monday which was attended by all employees. This agenda is an event held to replace Monday morning assembly, which is packaged in a more relaxed and cheerful atmosphere to raise work enthusiasm and increase employee togetherness.

Lorong Street - Happy Monday is an activity that contains a series of events that began with cheers to encourage BPS Batang: Resilient, Objective, Caring (TOP). The agenda continued with remarks and directions from the Head of BPS Batang Regency, then sharing motivation, stories, or inspirational quotes, as well as a brief presentation of important things from the leader or team members and ending with a closing prayer. The team tasked with guiding the agenda is different every week.

The implementation of this activity has an important meaning for increasing productivity, building effective communication among employees, improving organizational performance, and building a healthier work culture.
