On Tuesday (03/12) BPS Batang Regency was represented by 2 young expert statisticians, namely Een Qurotul Aeni, S.Si., M.Si. and Gilang Alip Utama SST., M.Ec.Dev participated in a series of online National Instructor Candidate Training (Innas) for the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and the Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) March 2025. This training was attended by 817 Innas candidates divided into 21 classes. The training activities began with Independent Learning (Massive Open Online Course/MOOC) on November 26, 28, and 29, 2024, which was continued with Distance Learning (PJJ) on December 3-5, 2024.
This training aims to improve technical understanding and methodology for implementing the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) and the Trade Distribution Chain Survey (Seruti). There are developments in Susenas 2025 which aim to perfect the instrument design to improve data quality, reduce respondent saturation and burden, maintain response rates, and be adaptive to developments in development indicators.
Through this training, it is hoped that Innas will be able to provide the same explanation and understanding of the SOP for implementing Susenas March 2025, concept definition, procedures for filling out Susenas March 2025, and understanding of socio-economic indicators generated from Susenas March 2025 to Prospective Innas as provisions for teaching Susenas March 2025 field officers.
