The Batang Regency Sectoral Statistics Development activity was held again on Tuesday (20/05) at the 2nd floor meeting room of the Batang Regency Development Planning, Research and Innovation Agency (Bapperida). The event was opened by the Head of Regional Development Planning, Control and Evaluation of Bapperida Kab. Batang, Asep Dwi Nugroho. In his direction, Asep emphasized the importance of the schedule and time flow of activities so that the coaching targets can be achieved on time amidst their respective busy schedules.

A speech was also delivered by Riski Bayu Ajie (Junior Expert Planner in PPEPD Division of Bapperida) who highlighted the importance of inter-OPD coordination and the good performance achievements of EPSS to be maintained. Junior Expert Statistician and Head of the Sectoral Statistics Team of BPS Batang Regency, Mustofa, also said that in 2025, close collaboration is the key in order to focus more on coaching activities in preparation for EPSS next year.

The coaching material this time was institutional material delivered by a Junior Expert Statistician, Anis Yuliastuti from BPS Kabupaten Batang. The main topics discussed were ensuring data neutrality and objectivity, ensuring data quality and confidentiality, as well as Strengthening Human Resources, the Role of Walidata and Collaboration of SDI Forums and Data Trustees. This activity is part of an ongoing effort to improve the quality of sectoral statistics in Batang Regency. The 5th coaching agenda will be held at the BPS office in Batang Regency.
