Sharing Knowledge Full of Benefits and Insights (Shamawa)

On Wednesday (20/3), BPS Batang Regency held a weekly Fun Evaluation Meeting (RESIK) which was attended by all employees at the BPS Batang Regency office hall. The meeting was opened by the Head of BPS Batang Regency, Heni Djumadi, who conveyed a number of evaluation points for routine activities and also motivated employees to maintain work enthusiasm amidst the Ramadan fast.

The RESIK activity was followed by Sharing Knowledge Full of Benefits and Insights (Shamawa). Shamawa's resource persons on this occasion were Gilang Alip, Akmal Setiawan, and Grace Ermawaty, who took turns conveying developments in the implementation of BPS Batang Regency Back Office Selindo (BOS) in 2024, the philosophy of activity accounts in the budget, and also the direct practice of POK revision and realization activities on BOS. The BOS application is an application designed due to dynamic developments in regulations regarding budget and financial management. BOS supports daily transactions or operations in managing planning, implementation, reporting as well as budget monitoring and evaluation.

The resource person also emphasized that collaboration between all employees is needed in implementing orderly administration. Closing this activity, Djumadi underlined that commitment and synergy were needed from the entire team to make the Movement to Complete the Realization of BOS (Gemari BOS) a success. Hopefully this activity can help to realize better budget and financial governance.
