Wednesday (28/8/2024) The Central Statistics Agency of Batang Regency held a Beautiful Village Development and Socialization activity (Cinta Statistik). Beautiful village is a program to improve the competence of village officials in managing and utilizing data so that village development planning becomes more targeted. This program can also be said to be a "Statistics Enters the Village" activity which is expected to support village data governance to be more optimal and have a positive impact on the community. The village selected as the Beautiful Village of Batang Regency in 2024 is Banteng Village, Tersono District.
The event was held at the village hall of Banteng Village and was opened directly by the Head of BPS Batang Regency, Heni Djumadi S.ST. This event was attended by the Expert Staff of the Batang Regent as representatives of the Batang Regency Government, the Head of the Community and Village Empowerment Service, the Head of the Communication and Informatics Service or his representative, the Tersono Sub-district Head, the village apparatus of Brokoh Village as representatives of the Beautiful Village of Batang Regency in 2023, the village apparatus of Banteng Village, and several other invited guests.
In his remarks, Djumadi said that the beautiful village agenda was a very good moment for Banteng Village to improve the competence of village officials, especially in presenting data so that it can be used optimally by the community. Djumadi emphasized that the use of data in Banteng Village in the future must be better, because Banteng Village will be a role model for other villages.
The agenda was continued with initial coaching material by the Young Statistician of Batang Regency and the Advisor of the Beautiful Village of Batang Regency in 2024, namely Anis Yuliastuti, S.ST. After the presentation of the material was completed, the event was continued with a discussion session and also the inauguration of statistical agents in Banteng Village consisting of two village officials and three from community representatives.
With this activity, it is hoped that it can form synergies and establish cooperation with many related parties in order to realize Banteng Village as a Beautiful Village of Batang Regency in 2024.
