On Monday (21/10), BPS Batang Regency held an Evaluation of the Development of Statistical Love Village (Beautiful Village) in Banteng Village, Tersono District. Djumadi explained that this program aims to build awareness and ability of village communities in managing statistical data as the basis for planning and development. With valid and structured data, village development can be more targeted, improve community welfare, and create better governance. Djumadi emphasized the hope that Banteng Village will be an example in utilizing data for various aspects of development, including economy, education, and health, as well as in overcoming stunting.
The coaching outputs include "Banteng Village in 2024 Figures," the Integrated Website for the Development of Statistical Love Villages (Mantri Cantik), Thematic Analysis of the Socio-Economic Profile of School Dropouts, and the improvement of population services with the Integrated Population Administration Service Information System (SIPANDU). The app allows real-time population database updates, automatic numbering for correspondence, and data visualization to support quick decision-making. According to the Head of Banteng Village Planning, Bambang Aji W, this innovation is important to improve the efficiency of administration and public services.
With accurate and up-to-date data, Banteng Village can quickly meet data requests, including in fulfilling voter data for general elections, without the problem of multiple populations. Active participation also comes from Beautiful Village agents, such as Village Midwives and the community, who also provide data on the nutritional status of toddlers.
